Other Information Gathered
Our web servers automatically gather information about all visitors. Such information is only used for statistical analysis to assess usage statistics and other information so that we may design our web site better to suit all our users. This information may be used if we think it is in relation to any attempts to harm, hack or illegally gain access to our files/content. The only data we gather which can be used to identify you is your IP address, the IP address can only be used to identify you if we involve the police who in turn contact your internet service provider - this applies to any web site you visit on the internet.

Children
A-Z Animals is largely used by children, as such we take our responsibility to ensure our content is suitable for children very seriously!
All content on A-Z Animals is approved by our moderators before being published, any comments or updates submitted by users are stored in a private approval queue and are not publicly available until approved.
All content must meet a strict criteria before being published, for example images must not include any violence or gore and content must be suitable for children of all ages and therefore more sensitive topics such as reproduction are approached and discussed carefully.
All our processes are regularly reviewed by a third-party child safety consultation service.
Our default stand-point is to avoid collecting any personal details from any users!
